مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَيُعْتَبَرُ قُدْرَةٌ عَلَيْهَا) ، أَيْ: أُجْرَةِ مِثْلِهِمَا، (فَإِنْ تَبَرَّعَا) ، أَيْ: الدَّلِيلُ وَالْقَائِدُ، (لَمْ يَلْزَمْ) الْجَاهِلَ وَالْأَعْمَى ذَلِكَ، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ الْمِنَّةِ.
