(وَيَسْقُطُ) حَجٌّ عَنْ مَيِّتٍ (بِحَجِّ أَجْنَبِيٍّ عَنْهُ مُطْلَقًا) ، سَوَاءٌ أَذِنَ لَهُ الْوَارِثُ عَنْهُ أَوْ لَمْ يَأْذَنْ، لِأَنَّهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - شَبَّهَهُ بِالدَّيْنِ.
