(وَ) يَصِحُّ (أَنْ يَسْتَنِيبَ قَادِرٌ) عَلَى حَجٍّ (وَغَيْرُهُ) ، أَيْ: غَيْرُ الْقَادِرِ عَلَيْهِ، (فِي نَفْلِ حَجٍّ وَ) فِي (بَعْضِهِ) كَالصَّدَقَةِ،

وَيَصِحُّ نُسُكُ نَفْلٍ عَنْ مَيِّتٍ، وَيَقَعُ عَنْهُ وَكَأَنَّهُ مُهْدٍ إلَيْهِ ثَوَابَهُ،
