وَمَا لَزِمَ نَائِبا مِنْ دَم وَغَيرِهِ بمُخَالفَتِهِ، فَمِنْهُ، حَتى دَمَ تَمَتُّع وَقِرَانٍ لَم يُؤذَن لَهُ فِيهِمَا،

(وَمَا لَزِمَ نَائِبًا مِنْ دَمٍ وَغَيْرِهِ) كَفِعْلِ مَحْظُورٍ (ب) سَبَبِ (مُخَالَفَتِهِ، فَمِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: النَّائِبِ، لِأَنَّهُ بِجِنَايَتِهِ (حَتَّى دَمِ تَمَتُّعٍ وَقِرَانٍ لَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لَهُ فِيهِمَا) ،
