(وَإِنْ نَسِيَهُ) ، أَيْ: نَسِيَ مَنْ أَحْرَمَ عَنْهُ مِنْهُمَا، (وَتَعَذَّرَ) عَلَيْهِ (عِلْمُهُ فَإِنْ فَرَّطَ) النَّائِبُ (أَعَادَ الْحَجَّ عَنْهُمَا) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَكُونُ لِأَحَدِهِمَا، لِعَدَمِ أَوْلَوِيَّتِهِ، بَلْ يَقَعُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ،
