(فَلَوْ جَهِلَ) النَّائِبُ (اسْمَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُسْتَنِيبِ، (أَوْ نَسِيَهُ، لَبَّى عَمَّنْ سَلَّمَ إلَيْهِ الْمَالَ لِيَحُجَّ بِهِ عَنْهُ) ، لِحَلِّ التَّمْيِيزِ بِذَلِكَ.
