(وَجَازَ وَصَحَّ) أَنْ يُحْرِمَ مَنْ بِمَكَّةَ بِحَجٍّ مِنْ سَائِرِ الْحَرَمِ (وَمِنْ خَارِجِ الْحَرَمِ) . وَهُوَ الْحِلُّ كَعَرَفَةَ، (وَلَا دَمَ عَلَيْهِ) ، لِعَدَمِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى وُجُوبِهِ
