(وَيَلْزَمُهُ إنْ أَحْرَمَ مِنْ مَوْضِعِهِ دَمٌ) ، لِمَا رَوَى ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ مَرْفُوعًا:" مَنْ تَرَكَ نُسُكًا فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ " وَلِتَرْكِهِ الْوَاجِبَ، وَسَوَاءٌ كَانَ لِعُذْرٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ،
