وَشُرِطَ تَنْجِيزُ إحْرَامٍ، فَلَا يَنْعَقِدُ مُعَلَّقًا، كإنْ أَحْرَمَ زِيدٌ، أَوْ قَدِمَ فَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ.

(وَشُرِطَ تَنْجِيزُ إحْرَامٍ، فَلَا يَنْعَقِدُ) الْإِحْرَامُ (مُعَلَّقًا، ك) قَوْلِهِ: (إنْ أَحْرَمَ زَيْدٌ، أَوْ قَدِمَ) زَيْدٌ، (فَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ) ، لِعَدَمِ جَزْمِهِ بِذَلِكَ.
