(وَهُمْ) ، أَيْ: حَاضِرُوا الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ: (أَهْلُ الْحَرَمِ، وَمَنْ هُوَ مِنْهُ دُونَ مَسَافَةِ قَصْرٍ) ، لِأَنَّ حَاضِرَ الشَّيْءِ مَنْ حَلَّ فِيهِ، أَوْ قَرُبَ مِنْهُ، أَوْ جَاوَرَهُ، بِدَلِيلِ رُخَصِ السَّفَرِ،
