مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: أَنَّهُ) ، أَيْ: سَائِقُ الْهَدْيِ (فِي هَذِهِ) الْحَالَةِ (قَارِنٌ) لَا مُتَمَتِّعٌ، عَلَى مَا جَزَمَ بِهِ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ " وَتَبِعَهُ فِي الْإِقْنَاعِ " وَتَقَدَّمَ أَنَّ مَنْ لَمْ يَحِلَّ مِنْ الْعُمْرَةِ قَبْلَ إحْرَامِهِ بِالْحَجِّ، بَلْ أَدْخَلَهُ عَلَيْهَا، صَارَ قَارِنًا، وَمُقْتَضَى صَنِيعِ شَارِحِ الْمُنْتَهَى " فِي الشَّرْطِ الْخَامِسِ يَأْبَى ذَلِكَ.
