مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحُّ) وَيَنْعَقِدُ إحْرَامُ قَائِلٍ: (أَحْرَمْت يَوْمًا، أَوْ) : أَحْرَمْت (بِنِصْفِ نُسُكٍ وَنَحْوِهِمَا) ، كَأَحْرَمْت نِصْفَ يَوْمٍ، أَوْ بِثُلُثِ نُسُكٍ، (فَلَا يَتَبَعَّضُ) ، لِأَنَّهُ إذَا أَحْرَمَ زَمَنًا لَمْ يَصِرْ حَلَالًا فِيمَا بَعْدَهُ حَتَّى يُؤَدِّيَ نُسُكَهُ، (كَطَلَاقِ) امْرَأَتِهِ نِصْفَ طَلْقَةٍ، فَتَطْلُقُ طَلْقَةً كَامِلَةً إذْ الطَّلَاقُ لَا يَتَبَعَّضُ.
