وَبَعْدَ طَوَافٍ، وَلَا هَدْيَ مَعَهُ يَتَعَيَّنُ إلَيهَا لامْتِنَاعِ إدْخَالِهِ عَلَيهَا إذَنْ.

(وَ) إنْ نَسِيَ مَا أَحْرَمَ بِهِ، أَوْ نَذَرَهُ (بَعْدَ طَوَافٍ وَلَا هَدْيَ مَعَهُ) ، أَيْ: النَّاسِي، (يَتَعَيَّنُ) صَرْفُهُ (إلَيْهَا) ، أَيْ: الْعُمْرَةِ، (لِامْتِنَاعِ إدْخَالِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْحَجِّ، (عَلَيْهَا إذَنْ) ، أَيْ: بَعْدَ طَوَافِهَا لِمَنْ لَا هَدْيَ مَعَهُ.
