(وَتُشْرَعُ) تَلْبِيَةٌ (بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ لِقَادِرٍ) عَلَيْهَا كَأَذَانٍ، (وَإِلَّا) يَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهَا بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ فَيُلَبِّي (بِلُغَتِهِ) ، لِأَنَّ الْقَصْدَ الْمَعْنَى،
