(كُسِرَ ظُفْرُهُ أَوْ وَقَعَ بِهِ مَرَضٌ فَأَزَالَهُ) ، لَمْ يُحَرَّمْ، (أَوْ) زَالَ الظُّفْرُ (مَعَ غَيْرِهِ) كَمَا لَوْ زَالَ (مَعَ أُصْبُعِهِ، فَلَا فِدْيَةَ) لِلْآيَةِ وَالْخَبَرِ.
