(وَيُبَاحُ) لِمُحْرِمٍ (غَسْلُ شَعْرِهِ بِنَحْوِ سِدْرٍ) كَصَابُونٍ وَأُشْنَانٍ، (وَ) لَهُ (حَكُّ بَدَنِهِ) وَرَأْسِهِ (بِرِفْقٍ) نَصًّا (بِلَا قَطْعِ شَعْرٍ) ، فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ وَابْنُهُ وَأَرْخَصَ فِيهِ عَلِيٌّ وَجَابِرٌ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ تَسْرِيحُ شَعْرِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَعْرِيضٌ لِقَطْعِهِ.
