(إلَّا أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّيْدَ (مُحْرِمٌ) ، وَيَكُونُ الدَّالُ وَنَحْوُهُ مُحْرِمًا، فَجَزَاؤُهُ (بَيْنَهُمَا) ، أَيْ: الْقَاتِلِ وَالدَّالِ وَنَحْوِهِ، لِاشْتِرَاكِهِمَا فِي التَّحْرِيمِ، فَكَذَا فِي الْجَزَاءِ، وَ
