(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَيَحْرُمُ) أَنْ يَدُلَّ حَلَالٌ مُحْرِمًا عَلَى صَيْدٍ، (خِلَافًا لَهُ) ، أَيْ: لِصَاحِبِ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " كَذَا قَالَ، وَلَعَلَّ هَذَا وَقَعَ سَهْوًا مِنْ الْمُصَنِّفِ إذْ عِبَارَةُ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " كَعِبَارَتِهِ، وَكَلَامُ الْأَصْحَابِ مُوَافِقٌ " لِلْإِقْنَاعِ فِي إبَاحَةِ دَلَالَةِ الْحَلَالِ مُحْرِمًا عَلَى الصَّيْدِ،
