(وَلَوْ رَمَاهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّيْدَ شَخْصٌ حَالَ كَوْنِهِ (حَلَالًا، ثُمَّ أَحْرَمَ قَبْلَ إصَابَةٍ) لِصَيْدٍ، (ضَمِنَهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَقْتَ الْجِنَايَةِ كَانَ مُحْرِمًا،
