وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ أَوْ أَمْسَكَهُ مُحْرِمٌ أَوْ حَلَالٌ بِالْحَرَمِ، فَذَبَحَهُ وَلوْ بَعْدَ حِلِّهِ، أَوْ إخْرَاجِهِ مِنْ الْحَرَمِ، ضَمِنَهُ،

(وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّيْدَ مُحْرِمٌ، (أَوْ أَمْسَكَهُ مُحْرِمٌ أَوْ حَلَالٌ بِالْحَرَمِ، فَذَبَحَهُ) الْحَلَالُ أَوْ الْمُحْرِمُ، (وَلَوْ بَعْدَ حِلِّهِ، أَوْ) ذَبَحَهُ بَعْدَ (إخْرَاجِهِ) ، أَيْ: الصَّيْدِ، (مِنْ الْحَرَمِ، ضَمِنَهُ) لِمَا يَأْتِي،
