(وَاخْتَارَ جَمْعٌ) مِنْ الْأَصْحَابِ: (أَوْ) يُزِيلُ يَدَهُ الْمُشَاهَدَةَ عَنْ الصَّيْدِ، (بِوَضْعِهِ تَحْتَ يَدِ وَكِيلِهِ) الْحَلَالِ، وَهُوَ اخْتِيَارٌ حَسَنٌ، لَكِنَّ الْمَذْهَبَ خِلَافُهُ،
