(وَسُئِلَ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ: (هَلْ يَجُوزُ إحْرَاقُ بُيُوتِ النَّمْلِ بِالنَّارِ؟ فَقَالَ: يُدْفَعُ ضَرَرُهُ بِغَيْرِ التَّحْرِيقِ) إنْ انْدَفَعَ، وَإِلَّا؛ جَازَ بِلَا كَرَاهَةٍ، ذَكَرَهُ النَّاظِمُ.
