وَكَذَا لَوْ اُضْطُرَّ كَمَنْ بِحَرَمٍ إلَى ذَبْحِ صَيدٍ؛ فَلَهُ أَكْلُهُ، وَيَفْدِي، وَهُوَ مَيتَةٌ لِغَيرِهِ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَكَذَا لَوْ اُضْطُرَّ كَمَنْ بِحَرَمٍ إلَى ذَبْحِ صَيْدٍ؛ فَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُضْطَرِّ ذَبْحُهُ (وَأَكْلُهُ، وَيَفْدِي، وَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ لِغَيْرِهِ) ، أَيْ: كَمَيْتَةٍ فِي التَّحْرِيمِ، لَا فِي النَّجَاسَةِ، فَلَا يُبَاحُ إلَّا لِمَنْ يُبَاحُ لَهُ أَكْلُ الْمَيْتَةِ.
