مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(بَعْدَ تَحَلُّلٍ أَوَّلَ لَا يَفْسُدُ نُسُكٌ) بِهِ، (بَلْ) يَفْسُدُ بِهِ (إحْرَامٌ) ؛ لِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي رَجُلٍ أَصَابَ أَهْلَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ:«يَنْحَرَانِ جَزُورًا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَجٌّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ» رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ، وَلَا يُعْرَفُ لَهُ مُخَالِفٌ مِنْ الصَّحَابَةِ.
