وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَيُكرَهُ وَأَنَّ كُلَّ مُبَاحٍ أَشْغَلَ عَنْ وَاجِبٍ حَرَامٌ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: فَيُكْرَهُ) تَعَاطِيهِمَا إذَا لَمْ يَحْتَجْ إلَيْهِمَا، كَمَا يُفْهَمُ مِنْ عِبَارَةِ " الْمُنْتَهَى ". (وَ) يَتَّجِهُ: (أَنَّ كُلَّ) فِعْلٍ (مُبَاحٍ أَشْغَلَ عَنْ) فِعْلٍ (وَاجِبٍ) ضَاقَ، وَقْتُهُ (حَرَامٌ) ، وَهَذَا مِمَّا لَا يَسْتَرِيبُ بِهِ عَاقِلٌ.
