(وَالْأَفْضَلُ) أَنْ يَكُونَ (إحْرَامُهُ) مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ (مِنْ تَحْتَ الْمِيزَابِ) وَكَانَ عَطَاءٌ يَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَ، ثُمَّ يَنْطَلِقُ مُهِلًّا بِالْحَجِّ، (وَجَازَ وَصَحَّ) إحْرَامُهُ (مِنْ خَارِجِهِ) أَيْ: الْحَرَمِ، (وَلَا دَمَ) عَلَيْهِ نَصًّا،
