فَيَخْطُبَ بِها الإِمَامُ أَوْ نَائِبُهُ خُطْبَةً قَصِيرَةً، مُفْتَتَحَةً بِالتَكْبِيرِ، يُعلِّمُهم فِيهَا، الوُقُوفَ، وَوَقْتَهُ، وَالدَّفْعَ مِنْهُ، وَالمَبِيِتَ بِمزُدَلِفَةَ، وَنَحْوَهَ.
