(بِخِلَافِ وَاقِفٍ لَيْلًا فَقَطْ) فَلَا دَمَ عَلَيْهِ. لِحَدِيثِ:«مَنْ أَدْرَكَ عَرَفَاتٍ بِلَيْلٍ، فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ» وَلِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ جُزْءًا مِنْ النَّهَارِ، فَأَشْبَهَ مِنْ مَنْزِلُهُ دُونَ الْمِيقَاتِ إذَا أَحْرَمَ مِنْهُ
