وَيَتَّجِهُ: إنْ نَقَصَتْ بِهِ قِيمَتُهُ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) : إنَّمَا يَتَعَيَّنُ عَلَى الْعَبْدِ التَّقْصِيرُ (إنْ نَقَصَتْ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْحَلْقِ (قِيمَتُهُ) وَهَذَا الِاتِّجَاهُ مُوَافِقٌ لِتَعْلِيلِهِمْ، بَلْ صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي الْإِقْنَاعِ " فَقَالَ: لِأَنَّ الْحَلْقَ يُنْقِصُ قِيمَتَهُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
