مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ وَدَّعَ ثُمَّ اشْتَغَلَ بِ) شَيْءٍ (غَيْرِ شَدِّ رَحْلِهِ) نَصًّا (وَنَحْوِهِ) كَقَضَاءِ حَاجَةٍ فِي طَرِيقِهِ أَوْ شِرَاءِ زَادٍ أَوْ شَيْءٍ لِنَفْسِهِ (أَوْ أَقَامَ، أَعَادَهُ) أَيْ: طَوَافَ الْوَدَاعِ (وُجُوبًا) لِأَنَّهُ إنَّمَا يَكُونُ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِهِ لِيَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ، وَعُلِمَ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَضُرُّهُ نَحْوُ شَدِّ رَحْلٍ.
