(وَأَحْكَامُ الْمَخْرَجِ الْمُنْسَدِّ بَاقِيَةٌ) لَهُ عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ، قَالَهُ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ " (وَفِي " النِّهَايَةِ " إلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ سُدَّ خِلْقَةً، فَسَبِيلُ الْحَدَثِ الْمُنْفَتِحِ وَالْمَسْدُودِ كَعُضْوٍ زَائِدٍ مِنْ خُنْثَى انْتَهَى) كَلَامُ " النِّهَايَةِ ".
