(وَيَتَّجِهُ: بِخِلَافِ مَعْذُورٍ غَيْرِهِمَا) أَيْ: الْحَائِضِ وَالنُّفَسَاءِ كَمَنْ عُذِرَ بِمَرَضٍ أَوْ إكْرَاهٍ عَلَى الْخُرُوجِ أَوْ خَافَ ضَيَاعَ مَالِهِ، أَوْ فَوَاتَ رُفْقَتِهِ، فَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
