(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَهُوَ) - أَيْ: كَلَامُ " النِّهَايَةِ " - (حَسَنٌ إنْ كَانَ الْمُنْفَتِحُ أَسْفَلَ الْمَعِدَةِ) مَعَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَثْبُتُ لِلْمُنْفَتِحِ أَحْكَامُ الْمُعْتَادِ مُطْلَقًا، عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ. قَالَهُ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ ": وَمَا قَالَهُ فِي النِّهَايَةِ مَرْجُوحٌ.
