وَمَنْ تَرَكَ رُكْنًا غَيرَهُ لَمْ يَتِمَّ نُسُكُهُ، أَوْ شَرطًا فِيهِ لَمْ يَتِم نُسُكُهُ إلا بِهِ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ تَرَكَ رُكْنًا غَيْرَهُ) أَيْ: الْإِحْرَامِ (لَمْ يَتِمَّ نُسُكُهُ) إلَّا بِهِ (أَوْ) تَرَكَ (شَرْطًا فِيهِ) أَيْ: فِي الرُّكْنِ كَالنِّيَّةِ حَيْثُ اُعْتُبِرَتْ فِيهِ كَالطَّوَافِ وَالسَّعْيِ (لَمْ يَتِمَّ نُسُكُهُ إلَّا بِهِ) أَيْ: بِذَلِكَ الرُّكْنِ بِنِيَّتِهِ.
