(وَظَاهِرُ كَلَامِهِمْ) أَيْ: الْأَصْحَابِ (أَنَّ زَمَنَ الْوُجُوبِ) أَيْ: وُجُوبِ الْهَدْيِ عَلَى مَنْ عَدِمَهُ (وَقْتَ الْفَوَاتِ) وَهُوَ طُلُوعُ فَجْرِ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ مِنْ عَامِ الْفَوَاتِ (وَالْأَثَرُ) الْمَذْكُورُ آنِفًا (بِخِلَافِهِ) فَلْيُحْفَظْ.
