مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَفِي الْمُغْنِي، والشَّرْحِ لَا) : يَلْزَمُهُ دَمٌ، (لِعَدَمِ تَأْثِيرِهِ) أَيْ: رَفْضِ الْإِحْرَامِ، لِأَنَّهُ مُجَرَّدُ نِيَّةٍ، فَلَا يَكُونُ مُؤَثِّرًا، وَمُعْظَمُ الْأَصْحَابِ عَلَى خِلَافِهِ كَمَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ آنِفًا.
