(وَمَنْ حُصِرَ عَنْ) فِعْلٍ (وَاجِبٍ لَمْ يَتَحَلَّلْ) لِعَدَمِ وُرُودِهِ (وَعَلَيْهِ) لِتَرْكِ ذَلِكَ الْوَاجِبِ (دَمٌ) كَمَا لَوْ تَرَكَهُ اخْتِيَارًا، وَحَجُّهُ صَحِيحٌ لِتَمَامِ أَرْكَانِهِ.
