(وَلَا نَقْضَ) أَيْضًا (بِانْتِشَارٍ عَنْ فِكْرٍ وَتَكْرَارِ نَظَرٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا نَصَّ فِيهِ، (وَ) لَا (بِلَمْسِ عُضْوٍ مَقْطُوعٍ) لِزَوَالِ حُرْمَتِهِ، (وَلَا) مَسِّ (خُنْثَى مُشْكِلٍ) مِنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ امْرَأَةٍ وَلَوْ بِشَهْوَةٍ،
