فَلَا نَقْضَ بِبَقِيَّةِ أَجْزَائِهَا، كَسَنَامٍ وَكَبِدٍ وَقَلْبٍ وَطِحَالٍ وَشَحْم وَكِلْيةٍ وَمُصْرَانٍ وَكِرْشٍ وَلِسَانٍ وَرَأْسٍ وَكَوارعَ،

(فَلَا نَقْضَ بِ) تَنَاوُلِ (بَقِيَّةِ أَجْزَائِهَا) - أَيْ: الْإِبِلِ - (كَسَنَامٍ وَكَبِدٍ) وَقَلْبٍ (وَكِرْشٍ) وَطِحَالٍ وَمُصْرَانٍ؛ لِأَنَّ النَّصَّ لَمْ يَتَنَاوَلْهَا، (وَلَا) نَقْضَ
