وَلَا بِإِزَالةِ نَحْو شَعْرٍ وَظُفْرٍ

(وَلَا) نَقْضَ (بِإِزَالَةِ نَحْوِ شَعْرٍ) كَسِنٍّ (وَظُفْرٍ) ، خِلَافًا لِمَا حُكِيَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ وَالْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ، لِأَنَّ غَسْلَهُ أَوْ مَسْحَهُ أَصْلٌ لَا بَدَلٌ عَمَّا تَحْتَهُ، بِخِلَافِ الْخُفِّ.
