مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ تُتُرِّسَ) بِالْبِنَاءِ لِلْمَجْهُولِ، أَيْ: تَتَرَّسَ الْمُقَاتِلُونَ (بِهِمْ) ، أَيْ: بِمَنْ ذُكِرَ مِمَّنْ لَا يُقْتَلُ (رُمُوا) ، أَيْ: جَازَ رَمْيُهُمْ (بِقَصْدِ الْمُقَاتَلَةِ) ، لِئَلَّا يُفْضِي تَرْكُهُ إلَى تَعْطِيلِ الْجِهَادِ، وَسَوَاءٌ كَانَتْ الْحَرْبُ مُلْتَحِمَةً أَوْ لَا، كَالتَّبْيِيتِ وَالرَّمْيِ بِالْمَنْجَنِيقِ.
