مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَالْقِنُّ) الْمَأْخُوذُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ (غَنِيمَةٌ) ، لِأَنَّهُ مَالُ كُفَّارٍ اُسْتُوْلِيَ عَلَيْهِ، فَكَانَ لِلْغَانِمِينَ كَالْبَهِيمَةِ، (وَيُقْتَلُ) الْقِنُّ، أَيْ: لِلْأَمِيرِ قَتْلُهُ (لِمَصْلَحَةٍ) كَالْمُرْتَدِّ.
