(وَلَوْ جَاءَ مَوْلَاهُ) ، أَيْ: الْعَبْدِ الَّذِي أَسْلَمَ وَلَحِقَ بِنَا (مُسْلِمًا بَعْدَهُ لَمْ يُرَدَّ إلَيْهِ) ، لِسَبْقِ الْحُكْمِ بِحُرِّيَّتِهِ حِينَ جَاءَ إلَيْنَا مُسْلِمًا
