(وَ) يَجِبُ (عَلَى الْإِمَامِ عِنْدَ الْمَسِيرِ) بِالْجَيْشِ (تَعَاهُدُ رِجَالٍ وَخَيْلٍ) ، أَيْ: رِجَالِ الْجَيْشِ وَخَيْلِهِمْ، لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ مَصَالِحِ الْغَزْوِ،
