(فَأَمَّا نَفَقَتُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَقْتُولِ، (وَرَحْلُهُ وَخَيْمَتُهُ وَجَنِيبُهُ) أَيْ: الدَّابَّةُ الَّتِي لَمْ يَكُنْ رَاكِبَهَا حَالَ الْقِتَالِ، (ف) هُوَ (غَنِيمَةٌ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ سَلَبِهِ.
