(وَكُرِهَ تَلَثُّمٌ فِي قِتَالٍ عَلَى أَنْفٍ) نَصًّا، (لَا لِبْسُ عَلَامَةٍ) يُعْرَفُ بِهَا (كَرِيشِ نَعَامٍ) ، بَلْ يُبَاحُ، لَا سِيَّمَا إنْ كَانَ شُجَاعًا. [فَصْلٌ يَحْرُمُ غَزْوٌ بِلَا إذْنِ الْأَمِيرِ] (فَصْلٌ)
