(أَوْ كَانَتْ) الْمَأْخُوذَةُ (أَمَةً) وَطِئَهَا سَيِّدُهَا، فَاسْتَوْلَى عَلَيْهَا الْكُفَّارُ، (فَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: سَيِّدِهَا (وَطْءُ) أُخْتٍ لَهَا (بَاقِيَةٍ) فِي مِلْكِهِ، لِزَوَالِ مِلْكِهِ عَنْ الْمَأْخُوذَةِ
