مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا) يَجُوزُ (فِدَاءُ) أَسِيرٍ (بِخَيْلٍ وَلَا سِلَاحٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ إعَانَةٌ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ، (وَلَا) فِدَاءُ (بِمُكَاتَبٍ وَ) لَا (أُمِّ وَلَدٍ) وَلَوْ كَافِرَيْنِ، لِانْعِقَادِ سَبَبِ الْحُرِّيَّةِ فِيهِمَا.
