(وَلَا تَصِحُّ قِسْمَتُهُ مَعَ الْعِلْمِ بِرَبِّهِ) وَصَاحِبُهُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ بِغَيْرِ شَيْءٍ، لِأَنَّ قِسْمَتَهُ كَانَتْ بَاطِلَةً مِنْ أَصْلِهَا فَهُوَ كَمَا لَوْ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ
