وَسَهْمٌ لِلمَسَاكِينِ، فَيَدْخُلُ فِيهِم الْفُقَرَاءُ، فَهُمْ صِنْف وَاحِدٌ فِي سَائِرِ الأَحكَامِ، إلَّا الزكَاةِ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَسَهْمٌ لِلْمَسَاكِينِ) ، أَيْ: أَهْلِ الْحَاجَةِ، (وَيَدْخُلُ فِيهِمْ الْفُقَرَاءُ، فَهُمْ) ، أَيْ: الْفُقَرَاءُ وَالْمَسَاكِينُ، (صِنْفٌ وَاحِدٌ فِي سَائِرِ الْأَحْكَامِ، إلَّا) فِي (الزَّكَاةِ) ، فَهُمْ صِنْفَانِ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
